No — bring your own approved full-service caterer and the vendors you love. A $500 fee applies for a caterer not on the preferred list. Bar service is exclusive (no BYOB).
Never. Cedar Fox is exclusive single-event use — the entire venue is yours for the day.
We hold a date for 3 days after your tour; a signed contract secures it. Tours are by appointment — tell us your date and we’ll set it up.
Yes — Cedar Fox is handicap accessible, and dogs are welcome for photos and the ceremony (service dogs only inside the reception).
